 | SP25 thermal driftUnder certain operating conditions thermal drift of around 2-3 microns can be seen in the SP25M probe Z axis when changing between different SM25 modules. The SP25 thermal drift may occur when changing between the various SM25 scanning modules (TM25-20 is not affected). This is due to a temperature difference between the module and the SP25M probe body. This is only a problem for users that are looking for high levels of accuracy. In this instance we recommend the use of FCR25 TC. |
