A solution to suit every lab

You can choose whether to make your own state-of-the-art zirconia crowns, bridges and abutments, or simply to use a scanner and send data to Renishaw's central manufacturing facilities. Or use a combination of these two options; it really is your choice.

This flexibility allows smaller labs to gain a foothold in metal-free dentistry, whilst larger labs can benefit from lower unit costs and a 24-hour turnaround on their restorations.

And now there's the further option of centrally-produced cobalt chrome frameworks*, meaning you can dispense with labour-intensive waxing-up and investment casting.

Option 1 - scan only

Ideal for smaller labs, a scanner with CAD software enables labs to scan and design frameworks, with Renishaw providing a central manufacturing service with a rapid turnaround time.

Option 2 - full in-lab CAD/CAM system

A full in-lab system involves the addition of powerful CAM software, a milling machine and recommended furnace. This enables labs to take full control over their framework manufacturing, reducing unit costs and turnaround time even further, whilst retaining the option to use Renishaw's central manufacturing facilities to cope with peak workloads.
