Part of Renishaw’s ongoing success is due to its commitment to investing in the training and development of people. Renishaw provides opportunities for all employees to progress in their career, through structured career development and training programmes, designed to encourage and recognise the career goals and aspirations of everybody.

Employees have the opportunity to discuss their training needs, concerns and career ambitions. A number of in-house courses exist. Employees have also been supported through obtaining further and higher education qualifications at a number of local colleges and universities to which we maintain excellent links. Some training is mandatory for all employees, while other requests may be subject to authorisation.

As we are an international company, career development may include the opportunity to work overseas, either on visits or with one of our subsidiaries. Some employees have become true 'world travellers' in working for the Renishaw Group.
