About Productivity+™ post processors
The Productivity+™ applications support a number of machine tool controllers via Renishaw post processors. The post processor tool converts Productivity+™ program statements into the G-Code language that can be read and executed by the machine tool controller.
As with many CAM packages, the same post processor can be used for multiple machines that use the same controller type.

Development work to support additional controllers is on-going. Please contact your local Renishaw representative if your controller is not currently listed.
The functionality provided by Productivity+™ Active Editor Pro multi-axis Technology Evaluation is compatible with 3+2 axis machines: machines with 3 linear axes (X, Y, Z) and up to 2 rotary axes (for example A, B or C) with a table/table configuration and machines with knuckle-jointed (nutating) table configurations. There are however considerations to be made when using this multi-axis functionality.
This functionality is activated automatically with 90-day demo copies of Productivity+™ Active Editor Pro, and via an activation code supplied with purchased, licensed product.
