At the BAOMS Annual Scientific Meeting, Durham, UK, 20-22 June 2018
Flexible approach to design
Renishaw offers a flexible approach to your patient specific implant (PSI) design which can be tailored to suit the immediate needs of your hospital and subsequently adapted as your requirements develop over time.
- Renishaw can help you realise your design, creating customised implant designs based on patient CT data submitted through our secure customer portal.
- Alternatively, hospitals can opt for an ADEPT software subscription. Developed with surgeons for healthcare professionals, the intuitive ADEPT implant design software has been specifically designed to allow hospitals to take full control.
- Renishaw can also accept designs in the generic STL format should you wish to use any 3rd party design package to realise your PSI.
To discuss which of these options might be the most appropriate to you, visit our team.
Rapid turnaround time
Once the ideal strategy for your hospital has been identified, designs are submitted to our world-class additive manufacturing facility located in Miskin, South Wales. Implants are printed on additive manufacturing systems that are Renishaw designed and manufactured. Renishaw's facilities are well equipped to support a rapid turnaround time at a competitive price.
