The next Annual General Meeting of Renishaw plc will be held at our headquarters at New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8JR on Wednesday 27 November 2024 at 10:00am. You can download the Notice of AGM 2024.

Shareholder questions

Shareholders are able to submit questions ahead of the meeting by email to the Company's registrars at Renishaw2024AGM@Renishaw.com by 5:00pm on Monday 11 November 2024. You will need to include your Shareholder Reference Number along with your questions. Answers to key questions will be published here by 12:00 noon on Friday 22 November 2024. This timeframe (including the submission deadline) is necessary in order for the Company to adequately prepare responses.
