In line with our commitment to improve investor communications, our Capital Markets Day was held on 17 June 2025, for the financial community, including existing and potential investors, and analysts. The event consisted of presentations and product demonstrations, which were positively received by those able to attend.

The 52nd Annual General Meeting of Renishaw plc will be held at our headquarters at New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8JR on 26 November 2025 at 10:00am.
