Will Lee
Chief Executive

Contribution, skills and experience
Will has an in-depth understanding of the Group's businesses, products and markets, having held various senior management positions, which have included engineering, operations, and sales and marketing, prior to his appointment as Chief Executive. Will was selected as Chief Executive having demonstrated to the Board the leadership capabilities, breadth of knowledge and relationships to continue to develop the Renishaw business and has a record of performance execution.
Background
Will joined the Renishaw graduate scheme in 1996 and became Director and General Manager for the Laser and Calibration Products Division in 2007. He holds a degree in physics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the University of Bath. In 2014 he became Director and General Manager of the Machine Tool Products Division. In December 2015, he was appointed to the new role of Director of Group Sales and Marketing and became a member of the Executive Committee.
In February 2018 Will was appointed Chief Executive, taking over from Sir David McMurtry. He is responsible for the product divisions, overseas sales subsidiaries and human resources.

Clare Nicholls
Group Human Resources Director

Background
Clare joined Renishaw in September 2025 and is a globally experienced HR leader with 25 years in the manufacturing and engineering sector. Responsible for defining and overseeing the implementation of our wide-reaching people strategy, developing talent, culture and capability.
Joins from TT Electronics, where most recently held the post of EVP Human Resources. Prior to TT, worked at Boeing across their non-US business and for Tata Steel and its predecessors across Europe.

Dave Wallace
Director of Group Operations

Background
Dave joined Renishaw in 1989 through Renishaw's sponsored student scheme. He holds a degree from the University of Oxford in Engineering and Management Science. He has worked in various functions of the business including a one-year secondment at Renishaw's German subsidiary, before being appointed Director and General Manager for the CMM Products Division in 2002. In 2014 Dave was given Board responsibility for the Styli and Fixturing Products Division. As part of a Group-wide reorganisation, he was appointed Director of Industrial Metrology in December 2018 and later to Director of Group Operations in December 2020.

Marc Saunders
Director of Group Strategic Development

Background
Marc joined Renishaw in 1986 through Renishaw's sponsored student scheme. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Oxford in Engineering, Economics and Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has worked in a range of technical, commercial and corporate functions at Renishaw, and, from 2012 to 2015, he was an executive committee member at e2v Technologies plc. He rejoined Renishaw's Additive Manufacturing business in 2015 and was appointed Director of Group Strategic Development in 2019. His responsibilities include group strategy, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and communications to internal & external stakeholders.

Kasim Hussain
Group General Counsel and Company Secretary

Background
Before joining Renishaw, Kasim Hussain was Group Divisional Counsel and a member of the divisional Executive Committee at the FTSE 100 engineering group, Spirax Group plc. Before that, he was in private practice undertaking M&A at a number of leading international firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Addleshaw Goddard. He studied Law at the University of Warwick and is a practicing Solicitor (England and Wales).

Louise Callanan
Director of Specialised Technologies

Contribution, skills and experience
- Oversees Renishaw's specialised technologies businesses, including Additive Manufacturing, Spectroscopy and Neurological.
- Brings extensive experience in driving the Group's strategic vision and driving long-term growth.
- Has held a range of senior technical and commercial roles during a 30-year career at Renishaw, including Operations Manager to the CEO.
- Supports the Group in delivering world-class product design, applications and service that meet evolving global technology demands.

Steve Oakes
Director of Position Measurement
Appointed October 2025
Contribution, skills and experience
- Leads the Position Measurement product group, driving innovation and strategic growth in optical, magnetic, inductive and laser encoder systems.
- Joined Renishaw in 1987 as an engineering student and has since held key operational, commercial, and business management roles across the CMM, Machine Tool, and Encoder divisions.
- Serves as a Board Director at RLS d.o.o. Slovenia, a Renishaw associate company.
- Acts as the senior leadership team's sponsor for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), championing inclusive practices across the organisation.

Derek Marshall
Director of Industrial Metrology

Contribution, skills and experience
- Director of Renishaw's Industrial Metrology Group, leading teams across our range of application and product development disciplines.
- Over 20 years of experience at Renishaw, spanning software and electronics development, business management, and strategic operations.
- Holds an MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Rob Macdonald
Interim Group Finance Director

Contribution, skills and experience
- Joined Renishaw as UK Finance Manager in June 1999 and has since held a range of senior roles within the Finance team.
- Has led the finance function on most of Renishaw's acquisitions and divestments, working closely with subsidiaries worldwide.
- He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
