  • Sandvik and Renishaw collaborate to qualify new AM materials

Sandvik metal 3D printing Global engineering company, Renishaw, is collaborating with Sandvik Additive Manufacturing to qualify new additive manufacturing (AM) materials for production applications. This encompasses a broad range of metal powders, including new alloy compositions that are optimised for the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) process and which provide superior material properties.

  • Renishaw launches new software to improve additive manufacturing (AM) quality

InfiniAM Sonic Software At Formnext 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany (the leading global exhibition and conference on additive manufacturing), Renishaw launched InfiniAM™ Sonic acoustic process monitoring software to complement its InfiniAM suite of additive manufacturing (AM) monitoring tools. InfiniAM Sonic enables engineers to detect acoustic events within the AM build chamber and turn this data into useful information about build quality. The software is the first of its kind in the AM industry.

  • Real-time monitoring for additive manufacturing (AM) at Formnext 2019

Manifold AM part for the Brunel University race team As Formnext, the leading global exhibition and conference on additive manufacturing (AM), approaches, global engineering company, Renishaw, is preparing to showcase its AM technologies in Frankfurt, Germany. On Wednesday, 20 November at 3:30 to 3:45 pm, Renishaw will be on the TCT Introducing Stage in Hall 11 to present its real-time process monitoring systems for AM.

  • Renishaw demonstrates consistent AM at Formnext 2019

RenAM 500Q quad 500 W laser additive manufacturing system Global engineering technologies company Renishaw heads to Formnext in Frankfurt, Germany, to showcase how additive manufacturing (AM) is being used by different industries to optimise component manufacture. The event will also feature a talk from INEOS TEAM UK, which will detail how Renishaw’s AM technology is being used in the manufacture of an America’s Cup racing boat. From November 19th to 22nd, 2019, Renishaw can be found on stand D15 in Hall 11.0, showcasing both new and established produc
