Many of the documents in this section are chm files. In MS Windows chm files can only be read from the local hard drive (e.g. desktop).

Additionally some systems security settings block chm files. To enable reading please follow the instructions below;

  • save the file to your local drive
  • right click on the CHM file and go to properties
  • click the general tab and the “unblock” button there
