Technical support at RenishawWhilst it's important to know that the product you purchase is right for your application, it's just as important to know that it comes with a comprehensive warranty, and guaranteed product support.

Warranty

All Renishaw laser encoder products (RLE and HS10 systems) are covered by a 24-month warranty as standard.

Service options

  • Advance RBE (repair by exchange)
    Through this service we ship you 'as new' replacement product. This simple-to-use option is designed to minimise downtime caused by in-service failures. To take advantage of this option, simply call your local Renishaw office, tell us the serial number of your system, and we will ship you a replacement.

These RBE service options enable existing customers to replace faulty products, with minimal expenditure and downtime, without compromising process integrity.

To take advantage of the RBE policy and pricing structure, the original product must be returned to your local Renishaw office.

  • Repair
    Skilled technicians at our UK Service Centre will test your returned system and repair identified faults.
