Both the XL-80 laser and XC-80 compensator use direct USB connection to your PC so there are no seperate PC interfaces. You can still however use the TB10 trigger box interface and peripheral interfaces with other 3rd party hardware..XC-80 compensator end viewXL-80 connectionsUSB cable 3m

TB10 quadrature trigger box

TB10 quadrature trigger boxThis allows synchronisation of data capture from a Renishaw laser system to an encoder position or movement.

The TB10 provides an interface 'hook-up' between encoders and the machine controller, with output to the Renishaw laser. It is used on applications such as 'on the fly data capture' or for monitoring scale errors. A machine can be driven from one end of the axis, to the other without stopping and collect position data or straightness data, etc.

Each kit contains:

  • 1 TB10 trigger box
  • 1 mains cable
  • 1 XL-80 trigger connection cable
  • 1 ML10 trigger connection cable
  • 2 D-type quadrature connectors
