Calibrators
The use of this calibrated artefact, made of patented material that exhibits negligible thermal expansion, allows the QC10 to be calibrated before use and absolute measurements to be taken. For example, you can determine scale error on an axis rather than just scale mismatch between axes.

VTL adaptor
Check vertical turning lathes, laser cutting machines and pick & place machines. With tests performed in the XZ plane the VTL adaptor allows the magnetic centre-cup to be retracted after centering, without losing centre location, so that the machine can be moved to the test start position.

The QC10 ballbar system can be enhanced by including one of a number of accessories. These allow you to extend the scope of your ballbar test or allow testing of machines other than standard machining centres.
