ML10 to XL-80 upgrade kit

A single kit that includes everything that you need to upgrade from ML10/EC10 to XL-80/XC-80.

The upgrade kit includes :

The kit is available at a significant discount from the list price of the individual components when you return your existing ML10/EC10 and PC interface (PCM10/20 or DX10)

Competitor trade in kit

Aimed primarily at users of HP5529 and earlier Hewlett Packard (now Agilent) laser systems.  The XL-80 offers compatibility with all HP optics except straightness, so why not enjoy all the benefits of Renishaw laser ownership at a great introductory price.

The kit is available on an exchange basis when you return your HP laser head and control/interface unit.

"Take Two" (XL-80 and QC10) promotion

The Renishaw QC10 ballbar system is the ideal complement to your new Renishaw XL-80 laser system.  Its fast and simple testing allows you to diagnose machine positioning errors and decide if more detailed investigation with the laser is appropriate.  Only check what you need to.

Once corrected you can then use a new ballbar test and report to "benchmark" the machine for reference against future ballbar tests.

XL system cases have been designed to allow for a standard QC10 kit (including calibrator) to be included, using an optional lid insert. 

With this special promotion, if you purchase a new QC10 kit at the same time as an XL-80 system then you will receive a significant discount from the local list price of the QC10 kit* AND receive the optional lid insert FREE. 

*optional accessories not included in this offer.  

Refurbished lasers and compensators

There are many reasons why you may want an additional Renishaw laser or laser system. 

• To use as an emergency standby system or unit
• For use on dual axes calibrations on an occasional basis
• To help develop a business whether at initial start up or when "stepping-up" to the next level.

However you may feel the cost is too high and be looking for a cheaper alternative to a brand new Renishaw laser or compensator.

Depending on availability, Renishaw can now offer factory refurbished ML10 and EC10 units (with sensors), all less than 10 years old, that come complete with warranty and new certification certificates. Even if you need a complete system you can make a substantial saving just on these 2 items.

Prices and warranty vary with unit age and condition.  Please ask for details. Refurbished units are not eligible for use with ML10 to XL-80 upgrade promotions.
