Equality in the workplace
This is Renishaw plc's eighth Gender Pay Gap Report, published in line with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
These regulations require us to report the difference between the median and average hourly earnings of men and women at Renishaw, based on data accurate as at 5 April 2025.
The report highlights our ongoing progress towards becoming a more inclusive and diverse organisation, while also showing where we still need to improve. Reporting our gender pay gap helps us identify those opportunities and demonstrates the actions we are taking to build a more equitable workplace.
As expectations around equality, diversity and inclusion continue to grow, this report remains an important part of our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Renishaw (Ireland) DAC Gender Pay Gap Report 2025
The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 established the legal framework for Gender Pay Gap reporting in Ireland. Under this law, companies with more than 50 employees are required to report on their Gender Pay Gap across a range of metrics, focusing on hourly pay differences between men and women. For reporting purposes, the “snapshot date" for this report is the 30th June 2025. Payroll data is analysed for the 12 months leading up to the snapshot date.
