RPI20 parallel interface

The RLE system directly produces a 1 Vpp sine / cosine output with nominal signal periods of 316 nm and 158 nm from single and double pass interferometers respectively.

The RPI20 interface processes these signals to provide ultra-high resolution (4096x interpolation) positional feedback in parallel word format.
