    Suzanne-Venables Wood, Software Training Coordinator at Renishaw Global engineering and technology company Renishaw returns to the Develop 3D Live event, taking place on March 28th, at Warwick University, UK. This year, Renishaw’s Software Training Coordinator, Suzanne Venables-Wood, will deliver a talk entitled ‘Standing Tall’, within the Materials track of the presentations in the Helen Martin theatre.

    Future Brunels students experience engineering during visit Renishaw Global engineering company Renishaw, hosted twelve students from the Future Brunels educational programme at its Gloucestershire headquarters as part of a pioneering scheme developed by the SS Great Britain Trust and supported by Renishaw. During their visit, the students took part in an engaging hands-on activity to encourage creative thinking and the development of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) skills.

    Students and a teacher from Radyr School during a design and technology lesson at the Renishaw Fabrication Development Centre Global engineering company Renishaw has opened its doors to Radyr Comprehensive School, allowing pupils regular access to the company’s Fabrication Development Centre and Miskin manufacturing facility during product design lessons. This collaboration enables students to grasp the link between the school curriculum and industry, take part in engaging and motivating workshops to complement the exam specification and better understand the opportunities available for future careers.

    Fanbeam truck Renishaw has appointed Aberdeen, UK, based Techmak Engineering Ltd as the first authorised Fanbeam® service centre outside Renishaw to cover Europe and the North Sea region.

  • Renishaw to demonstrate live marine survey data collection at US Hydro 2017 Conference

    Merlin on board ASV Renishaw is pleased to be participating in two live hydrographic survey demonstrations at the US Hydro 2017 Conference in Galveston, Texas, later this month. In collaboration with autonomous vessel technology specialist ASV Global and leading hydrographic product and software supplier Measutronics Corporation, Renishaw will deploy its Merlin lidar sensor for the survey of marine features close to the venue.
