MODUS gear and spline inspection
Utilising the latest Renishaw 5-axis or 3-axis scanning technologies it offers a more cost effective solution to dedicated gear measurement equipment. The measurement process is designed to be simple to execute with minimal data entry and automatic generation of inspection programs.
Comprehensive measurement options and reporting formats are available to ISO, DIN and AGMA international standards.
Dontyne partnership
MODUS gear has been developed in conjunction with Dontyne Systems Ltd. They offer software and services aimed at the optimum production of gear components and their use in the transmission industry. Their range of products allows end-to-end control of the gear manufacturing process.
Measurement data is fed to Dontyne analysis software this allows the product to be developed for more accurate, or efficient production by correcting for errors in the machining process, or analysing the influence of errors on performance.
