Productivity+™ is a PC based software solution that provides an easy to use platform for creating probing cycles and integrating them into your machining programs, maximising the flexibility of your probe system.

The software extends your manufacturing flexibility by allowing you to add in-process logic, perform advanced job set-ups and reap the benefits of process control.

Key features and benefits

Faster programming using point and click feature selection

Creating a measurement program is much easier than with traditional programming as probing can be defined on the CAD model using the mouse cursor. Features to be measured can be selected from geometry or solids.
Stock allowance can be programmed from the software's context sensitive dialogs.

Eliminate G-Code editing

Productivity+™ allows you to add your probing cycle into a cutting program at the desired location: there is no requirement to manually add measurement code into your machining program, and hence, no risk of making an accidental change. For total peace-of-mind, completed probe cycles can be simulated on-screen. Post processing provides a single output file including the full cutting program, the probing cycle and associated macro code: simply load this file onto your machine controller.

Add intelligence using logic statements

By building common sense decisions into your machining process you can prevent your programs making expensive mistakes. For example, you can detect a badly loaded component, or identify the loaded part and halt the program if a problem is detected.
