Renishaw offers a range of product servicing solutions, recalibration services and upgrade offers.

Product servicing

Renishaw has developed a range of service solutions designed to best meet the needs of our customers. To ensure that machine up-time is maintained, product exchanges are usually available, together with test, repair and reporting packages where appropriate. Renishaw offers these services on a case by case basis, and a range of service agreements are also often available for customers with Renishaw products on any of its sites.

Recalibration

To satisfy the requirements of quality systems and maintenance schedules, Renishaw offers product test, calibration and certification services.

Upgrades

Renishaw aims to offer its customers full support on its products for as long as is practicably possible. To complement this, and, to reflect the fact that customers' applications for our systems often extend beyond their original requirements, to allow customers to benefit from the latest technologies and achieve optimum productivity, Renishaw offers upgrade packages on many of its product ranges.
