The modular construction of Renishaw's metrology table provides flexibility to mount portable CMMs. Improve your inspection process with our metrology tables and discover the following benefits.
Stability
The fixturing top plate is secured to the metrology table frame with mounting holes, adding to the stability and rigidity of the table. This also allows users to mount heavy parts to the table without the top plate flexing or distorting.
Portability
Each table is fitted with levelling casters for easy height adjustments and manoeuverability around your metrology or inspection area.
Flexibility
If you are checking large, heavy parts, our M8 range is perfectly suited to this requirement with plates available in 15 mm and 30 mm thread spacing. Our M6 range, available with 12.5 mm and 25 mm thread spacing provides increased flexibility and component location options.
Repeatability
The fixture plates are precision ground and hard coat anodised to resist scratching and increase durability. All plates come with alpha-numeric labelling as standard, for correctly documenting each fixture set-up.

Fixture your parts using individual fixturing components or those from a component kit. Renishaw continues to engineer and design new and innovative components to help you make fixturing parts as efficient as possible. Purchase fixturing components via the Renishaw Online store.

We have standardised our three most commonly purchased table sizes to provide a cost effective and faster supply.
These standard sizes cover most applications and size of components.
Each of the three standard sizes is available as a table only or with shelves or shelves and drawers.
There is an option to purchase a universal adaptor plate (R-PAACU) with optional monitor or laptop brackets.
We are able to design and provide options if you require a custom sized table, just contact us to discuss your requirements.
