UK subsidiary Section 172 statements

Under the Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006), directors are required to explain how they have complied with their duty to have regard to the matters in section 172 (1) (a)-(f) of the CA 2006. Section 172 statements of the Renishaw Group subsidiaries which meet the qualifying criteria are included in the strategic report section of their annual reports, copies of which are available below.
