Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Our Graduate Mechanical Engineers are involved in the mechanical design of Renishaw's future products and the maintenance of current products.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Relevant disciplines: Mechanical Engineering.
Graduate Mechanical Design Engineers at Renishaw are involved in all aspects of the mechanical design process; taking ideas from concept, through prototype stages and onto manufacture. With the full array of modern design and manufacturing techniques and tools available, you will ensure Renishaw products are innovative and robust; pushing the limits of mechanical and material properties based on sound engineering principles.
Renishaw creates products that are used in the manufacture and control of other products throughout industry and in a wide variety of applications all over the world. You will therefore have to take many factors into consideration when designing our products, such as: temperature; high accuracy and repeatability; manufacturing processes and volumes; and integration with complex control systems. This means the design specification can be uniquely challenging - if our products don't work correctly, our customers' products won't work correctly!
