Renishaw’s drug delivery system played a critical role in a joint phase 1-2 clinical trial with Herantis Pharma plc to intermittently deliver CDNF directly to the putamen of Parkinson’s Disease (PD) patients. In addition to PD, broad applications could include neurodegenerative conditions and brain tumours.
