OMP40 part inspection 1 (mpg)

Video - An OMP40 inspection probe is used to measure features on a finished component, whilst it is still on the machine. A range of different features can be measured, including basic features like bores, bosses, webs and pockets. The resulting sizes of critical features can be used to update the diameter and length offsets of the tools that produced them, compensating for tool wear over a production batch.
